How Do I Maintain and Care for My Myth Glasses?
Please read the short instruction booklet that accompanies your glasses or optical frame. In any case, use only an authentic MYTH microfiber cloth to wipe and completely dry your glasses.
Can I Repair My MYTH Glasses?
If the frame was purchased online, please contact us at info@mythoptical.gr for assistance. To assist you faster, please send us photos showing the issue you are experiencing.
What is the Product Warranty Policy?
We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a 2-year warranty. If a manufacturing defect occurs, we will replace your product with a new one.
Our warranty does not cover damage from accidents or misuse, nor the normal wear and tear of the product over time.
Which Countries Do You Ship to?
Currently, we only ship to the European Union.
How Long Will it Take for My Products to be Delivered?
Depending on your location, standard shipping time may take:
Greece: 2–3 business daysEuropean Union: 3–7 business days
In any case, the customer will receive a tracking number to know the exact status of their package.
How Can I Track My MYTH Order?
Once your order has been shipped by Myth Optical Greece, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain all shipping details, as well as the tracking number.
