What is Myth’s Return Policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from mythoptical.gr, you may request a full refund or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days from the day we receive your package for your refund to be processed. We will send you an email to notify you once the package has been received and the refund has been completed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that our products are returned in their original condition, and to cover the return and insurance costs. Any products that have been damaged while in the customer’s possession will not be accepted and, therefore, no refund or exchange will be offered.

Return Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

1. It must be unworn and in its original, intact condition.
2. It must be returned with all accompanying items (case, cleaning cloth, and any other accessories).
3. The return request must include the purchase invoice number.
4. In case of a return, please provide a tracking number as proof of shipment, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
5. This policy applies exclusively to products purchased from mythoptical.gr. Important Note: Returns are not accepted for products that are on sale or discount.
