Myth Optical Greece is inspired by Greece and primarily influenced by the artistic essence of Greek mythology. Our sunglasses serve as a bridge between the past and the future, combining classic elegance with modern innovation. Our designs are characterized by surrealism, creativity, and luxury, with the aim of highlighting each individual's uniqueness (wear Myth and you can be whoever you wanna be).
We aim to balance style with comfort, using high-quality materials. Our frames are carefully crafted from the finest materials and adorned with elegant and striking details. Our lenses, with shades reminiscent of the Mediterranean sunset, not only provide protection but also offer a view of the world through a prism of beauty and unparalleled charm.
Imagine yourself in a golden sunset at the heart of a Greek island, where the sun's rays magically illuminate and caress the pristine white architecture. This is the inspiration behind our designs – the vibrant colors of bougainvillea, the serenity of turquoise waters, and the golden sunsets of Santorini. Our gradient lenses transition from deep blue to soft pink, capturing the magic of the evening sky.
Our collections
Our first and main collection is called the God Collection and is inspired by the Gods of Olympus. In this collection, you will find designs with geometry and a strict style that exude dynamism, as well as designs with vibrant colors and a lighthearted mood. Each model reflects different characteristics, following the motto of our company (wear Myth and you can be whoever you wanna be).
The second collection, Apocalypse & Metamorphosis, is a transition from the past to the present. It symbolizes rebirth from the ashes. The transformation into a new era. The APOCALYPSE & METAMORPHOSIS concept is fully inspired and expresses modern Greece. It draws from classic designs and presents them with a modern twist, combining high-quality materials with demanding techniques that only we can offer.
Our third collection, the Joker Collection, has a darker and playful mood. Inspired by Dionysus and the Dionysian rituals, its main feature is the masks, which once again, when wearing Myth glasses, allow you to become whoever you wish. The Joker Collection expresses surrealism and creativity.
Our final collection, Woke and Awake, encourages people to awaken by making an internal revolution and redefining their views on the world and anything different. This is a collection that is constantly renewed, enriched, and transformed into something new and different. The latest additions to our collection are aimed at those who dare to see the world with a different perspective, who enjoy the play of light and shadow, and who express their personality through their appearance. Remember, fashion is not just what we wear, but how we live and express ourselves!
About Us
Myth Optical Greece is a Greek company based in Thessaloniki. We manufacture high-quality sunglasses and eyeglasses. We participate annually in international optical and fashion exhibitions in Paris (SILMO and TRANOI), Milan (MIDO), Munich (Opti), and also in Greece (CircumEye). We have a strong international presence, as our eyewear has conquered the world with a dynamic presence in global markets.
Safety and quality are our top priorities. That’s why all of our glasses meet strict international and European standards. Specifically:
- Our sunglasses meet the EN ISO 12312-1 standard.
- Our eyewear frames, as medical devices, comply with the European Regulation (EU) 2017/745.
Additionally, we are proud that our company holds the ISO 13485 certification, and all of our eyeglass frames are registered with the National Organization for Medicines (EOF). In fact, we are among the first companies to be registered in the European database EUDAMED.
